What sizes do you carry?

We carry sizes XL through 4XL. See our size guide for detailed measurements.

How long does delivery take?

In Alexandria: same-day or next-day delivery. Across the rest of Egypt: 2–4 working days to every governorate. Cash on delivery available on all orders.

What is your return policy?

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and the packaging is sealed. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

What are your fabrics?

Egyptian cotton for our everyday and heritage pieces. Imported satin, georgette, viscose, and lace for our premium pieces — only from suppliers we trust. Every piece passes our standard before it reaches our shelves.

Do you ship internationally?

For now we deliver only within Egypt. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp.

How do I care for my pieces?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to preserve the fabric.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — our Gift Sets come ready-packaged. You can also add a gift message at checkout.
