These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sameera® online store at sameera.shop (the "Site"). Sameera® is the trade name of Al-Safwa for General Import and Export (الصفوة لعموم الاستيراد والتصدير), a sole proprietorship registered in Egypt and based in Alexandria. In these Terms, "Sameera", "we", "us" and "our" refer to this business.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and fabrics accurately. Slight variations may occur due to your device's screen settings or natural fabric characteristics. We reserve the right to change product details, discontinue items, or limit quantities at any time.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Any payment already received will be refunded in full if we cancel.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We accept Cash on Delivery, Visa, Mastercard, Meeza cards, digital wallets (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash), Fawry, and bank transfer. Online card and wallet payments are processed by Paymob, licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt. We do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our return process is described in our Refund Policy. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Online card payments are eligible for full refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Cash-on-delivery orders are eligible for size exchange.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Sameera® brand, logos, designs, photography, and product descriptions — is the property of Al-Safwa for General Import and Export or its licensors and is protected by Egyptian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use this content commercially without our written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not engage in fraud, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape data without permission, or impersonate others.
9. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, we make no warranties beyond the rights afforded to you under applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law that cannot be limited by contract.
12. Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services including Paymob (payments), Shopify (hosting), and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their independent terms or privacy practices.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
