Shipping policy

Sameera® (a trade name of Al-Safwa for General Import and Export, registered in Egypt) ships to every governorate in Egypt. Below are the details.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all 27 Egyptian governorates, including:

  • Alexandria — same-day or next-day delivery.
  • Cairo, Giza, the Delta, Upper Egypt, the Red Sea, and Sinai — standard 2 to 4 business days.

2. Delivery Times

  • Alexandria: Same-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cut-off. Otherwise, next business day.
  • All other Egyptian governorates: 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation.
  • Business days are Saturday through Thursday, excluding national holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. The exact fee is shown before you confirm and pay.

4. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives.
  • Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza cards — processed securely through Paymob.
  • Digital wallets (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash) — processed through Paymob.
  • Fawry — pay at any Fawry outlet.
  • Bank transfer — available on request.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you place your order, you receive a confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp. When dispatched, we send a tracking link.

6. Inspection on Delivery

For deliveries by courier, you have the right to open the package and inspect the item before completing payment (for COD orders) or before signing the receipt. If anything is missing or incorrect, refuse the delivery and notify us on WhatsApp at +20 115 144 4913.

7. Failed Deliveries

If our courier is unable to reach you on the first attempt, we try a second delivery the next business day. After two failed attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse and we contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund.

8. International Shipping

At this time we deliver only within Egypt. International shipping is coming soon.

9. In-Store Pickup

You can pick up your order from any of our 5 retail stores in Alexandria at no extra charge. Select "Pickup" at checkout, and we notify you when ready.
