If the size isn't right.

14-day exchange window

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a size exchange.

What we need

The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original sealed packaging. Tags attached. If everything's in order, we exchange for a different size — same product, same price.

Why exchange-only

For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on intimate wear and sleepwear once the packaging is opened. We offer size exchanges so you always find your fit.

How to start an exchange
